Sheena is a traditional singer and has been a significant figure in the folk movement in Scotland. She came to wide public attention when she sung at the opening of the Scottish parliament.

Sheena's traditional singing style has of course taken her to many countries, including extensive USA tours, and wherever she goes she has that wonderful ability to communicate with her audience. As Sheena says - "I love working with an audience that joins the choruses, laughs at the funny bits, cries at the sad songs and is as much a part of the show as I am".  Sheena is often accompanied by guitarist Ewen Sutherland and occasionally by concertina player Simon Thoumire.
