About Peatbog Faeries
|
Based on the island of Skye, the band was formed in 1993. Their influences are derived from all over the World. Three of the Band have travelled to Japan, stopping off in India on the way back, where piper Peter Morrison had the inspiration to write the "Manili Beetle"
The Peatbog Faeries are Peter Morrison (pipes and whistles); Adam Sutherland (fiddle); Ali Pentland (guitar); Norman Austin ('Nurudin') (synthesizer and keyboards); Innes Hutton (bass and bodhran); lain Copeland (drums and percussion).
